2008 Louis Roederer Cristal Brut. Remarkably fresh and vibrant, with lemon zest, toasted brioche, and a hint of lychee. Racy acidity and minerality on the palate and an incredibly complex and lengthy finish. Phenomenal.
2009 Dominique Mugneret Echezeaux En Orveaux
Intoxicating aromatics with exotic spices, earth, and currants. Lovely palate with great depth. Long finish. This was fantastic. Sad it was my only bottle.
