More paganini from TheBloodyPulpit:
- My Z-List order just arrived. Usually the Pagani is a standard part of that release. It appears that the Papera Zin is replacing the Pagani in the Z-List release and the Pagani is an optional on this Z-List release.
The Pagani is always one of my favorite Zins. The high-livel of AlicanteBouschet gives it a certain degree of rusticity that reminds me of Ridge Zins of the early '70’s. This Pagani shows much more purity of Zin fruit than previous ones. This is seriously good Ridge Zin and the best of their '24’s I’ve yet had.
