NV Osborne Jerez-Xérès-Sherry 30 Year Old 51-1a Amontillado VORS - Spain, Andalucía, Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (3/13/2023)
A really wonderful, complex nose.
On the palate ... a very good Amontillado but not one that excited me. One of those cases where price was an influencing factor as at half the cost I'd buy again but there are other Sherries I prefer at this price point.
Still looking forward to trying the other VORS Sherries in this series (the Pedro Domecq soleras).
