    Stunning. This March 2021 disgorgement is firing on all cylinders right now. Crystalline, lightly fruity, and with copious toasty notes, it was gone much too soon. We could definitely have finished a magnum. Almost too good for a wine that cost under $40 when it was released.

I had to laugh at the TN below yours where someone with over 2000 bottles in their cellar wrote that “secondary fermentation in the bottle” was a flaw!

I saw that, too! Hilarious.

@David_Bu3ker I was curious so I looked back at our current stock for consumption and see that we are drinking the same disgorgement, with very strong notes.
