    168th is a beast. Powerful and expressive. ⁣
    ⁣
    On the palate, you get toasted almonds, really subtle red berry, citrus, and minerality throughout. The of taste and smell of a really good almond biscotti with lemon zest comes to mind. The structure here is serious. This finish is pretty long, citrusy, and bright. The acidity is pretty dialed up at this point and is the only minor distraction at this point. Once the acidity integrates a bit, this will be a stunner. Gorgeous champagne.

Nice summary. I had the wine last week. The acids still a bit prickly for me. Mellowed out nicely Day 2. Will be very good with a year or two under its belt.
