    Celebrating Kathleens parents home in Spokane not burning down, it was a 100 yards away from the burn line. On top of all that, when the fire broke, they were due to move into assisted living.For my wife, it was probably the most stressful 3 and half weeks of her life, but we got them moved safe and sound. We needed something great, and this was great +++. Carved out of barbwire, but still a rich core at its center. Top shelf. (97 points)

We opened one for our anniversary a few months ago. Only had the chance to try it a few times previously and really enjoyed it. This time it was to acidic for us and never really came into balance. Is this unusual?
