- NV Jacques Selosse V.O. Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut - France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru (1/15/2024)
A 2016 disgorgement, this Champagne had a hint of truffle development, but was essentially fresh and vital. It had a wonderful core of tangerine and peach fruit. Bubbles were gentle and calm. It had so much chalky mineral action and was supremely long and complex.
