  • NV Jacques Selosse Champagne Brut Rosé - France, Champagne (12/3/2022)
    11th of September 2019 disgorgement. This is super complex. It starts with aromas of lavender, honey, backed apple and smoky mineral. The palate is full and intense but also pilowy and airy. It is fluffy of texture and has some tart red fruit flavours. It builds and finishes with so much chalk and salt. I like it very much.
