TN: N.V. Marc Hébrart Champagne Premier Cru Brut (France, Champagne)

N.V. Marc Hébrart Champagne Premier Cru Brut - France, Champagne (9/12/2009)
WIML91-92

Tasted September 12, 2009 at a retail tasting.

Dark salmon color in the glass, clear hue throughout with light, tiny beading. Nose of black cherries, black berries and some black raspberries. Flavors of Bing cherries, tangy raspberries and a bit of earth on the medium finish. Bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the medium term. (91 pts.)

Is this the rosé Joe? I love Hebrart’s rosé as a “daily” Champagne. I think we’re just about ready to start in on our fourth case this year in our house… [training.gif]

Yes, this is the rose. CT has it flagged as a rose but the word rose is not in the title of the wine for some strange reason.
