I failed to write down any disgorgement data on my note card so my apologies for that. The bottle was purchased from Crush on April 3, 2009 so I’m sure it’s a pretty recent disgorgement.

Light yellow to yellow color in the glass, clear hue throughout with fine and steady beading. Nose starts with a bit of yeast giving way to a very interesting aroma I can only describe as “peanut butter and jelly sandwiches” followed by so rich notes of tropical fruits. Quite lovely all and all. Rich flavors of berries, pears and a dash of citrus on the long finish. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. Right now I’m leaning towards holding my next bottle until 2011 while I try to round up some more for the cellar. (93 pts.)
