chalk, lemon, gritty limestone and minerals, crisp apples, lime, and zip, very fresh but rounded and slightly yeasty on the palate and finish. Asparagus, grass and freshly chopped herbs. Nice poise and balance and space for this to develop in bottle but it is simple and elegant and nothing to write too much about.
