Decanted for a few hours, and delicious. Lots of berry and caramel initially, but then adding more earth and lead pencil. Sort of halfway between a Left Bank and a riper CA Cabernet. Still a fair amount of acidity and fine tannins; in no danger of falling off the cliff. Perfect with prime rib.

Nice, Bruce. Haven’t had this one in years, but liked it when I did.

Putting a '91 Cal Cab horizontal together in a few weeks. This one isn’t in the line-up so far, but there are a lot of goodies from my favorite Cab vintage.
