TN: 2024 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Rosé de Pinot Noir (France, Burgundy, Bourgogne)

  • 2024 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Rosé de Pinot Noir - France, Burgundy, Bourgogne (9/22/2025)
Quite understated with light florals and gently expressive strawberry and cherry fruits. Calm and even in the mouth with nice detail and backlit by minerally acidity. An elegant wine that paired beautifully with a Nicoise salad.

Hi Jeremy, I was recently looking to sample either this, the Sylvain Pataille, or the Fournier - which would be your preference - or are they not “apples to apples” comparisons?

Hi Simon,

my pick of the three is the Fournier. I should declare that I import Fournier into Australia but I do really like it and it is built to age. Laurent Fournier loves Cotat.

kind regards
Jeremy

Glad to hear that - over here it’s also a third of the price of the others! I’ll add it to the list.
