NOSE: leads with peppery spice; red-fruited, and a bit fumey.
BODY: magenta-ruby color of medium depth; medium bodied; Diam 10 closure.
TASTE: 14.5% alc.; tannic – grippy; mostly red-fruited: black raspberry. Day 6: peppery; quite ripe; little bit of bitter florals. Drink or Hold.
