2023 Tablas Creek Côtes de Tablas
One of the wine pairings at Topolobampo and paired with grilled crystal blue prawns in a red mole sauce. A blend of 66% Grenache, 18% Syrah, 8% Counoise and 8% Mourvedre. This was the best of the wine pairing wines. It had integrated tannins and a silky smoothness. Light to medium red color. Mostly cherry notes with some berries and a woodiness on the finish. 91 points.
