The single most saline infused wine I have ever tasted. It’s bone dry lemon zest & Muscadet margarita - with extra salt. Wow. Where’s the oysters?

Just discovered the wines from Orixe Sotelo yesterday at the Shades of Shake Ridge event. Gustavo Sotelo poured three very good wines including one real standout. An impressive showing, and my wine discovery of the day, among quite a few labels that were new to me.

I bought a 6 pack of these wines and it’s all your fault. In agreement with your note and I had it with oysters.

I hope the pairing worked as well as I imagined it would.
The pairing worked well. I expected the wine’s texture would be lighter, like Mucadet.
