    I wondered what this wine would be like with a couple of years in the cellar. Tonight I found out, and the results are very fine. It has a breadth and depth that I don’t find in many Rosé wines, while still holding onto a level of brightness/freshness that makes it feel like Rosé.

Thank you for this note. I have a bottle of this in my “drink soon” pile that has been sitting there for a while. I’ve been a bit hesitant to drink it not knowing what to expect. This might be the nudge I needed.
