  More than any other CB I can recall, this is the most accessible and should be widely appealing to all. I have enjoyed all of CB' wines for sure, some more towards my intellectual side (Silicone on Sapphire) and then you have some more user friendly bottles like the Hard Promises Pinot Blanc. But this You Me and the Moon is just pure liquid refreshment and I mean this in the best possible way. Perfect cepage, with the Card adding shape and volume / the Pinot Blanc adds roundness and some mineral qualities and the closing Pinot Gris adds citrusy touches and some other fun curiosities. Pitch perfect with a Orange /grapefruit / mango salad with Halloumi and pita chips folded in with a honey lime dressing. Fun fun fun. (91 points)

Glad you liked it—the goal was to make a wine that disappeared faster than you expected/hoped it would.

Gris sometimes feels like it needs buddies to let it really shine, and the blend turned out about as well as I could have hoped. Plus you gotta have something to drink while the Hard Promises hangs out in the cellar.
