  • 2022 Cabot Vineyards Pinot Noir Elk Prairie - USA, California, North Coast, Humboldt County (4/21/2026)
    Crimson colored with very good clarity. Nose shows a touch of cherry and cinnamon. Gentle mouthfeel, tannins are very rounded. Flavors of tart strawberry, ripe raspberry, and cranberries. Fruit mid palate drops off but the finish is medium length and there's a cedar note. Very nice, elegant.
