2021 Weiser-Künstler “Enkircher Ellergrub” Kabinett
„Harvested at 82° Oechsle on largely un-grafted vines still trained on single pole and residual sugar of 50 g/l" incl. 7,5%.

A wonderful Kabi…….playful, refined, stimulating on the palate and with a zesty acidity. Looooong finish. In addition I love/admire the floating „schwebende“ elegance which is in my view a signature/trademark of the Weiser-Künstler „Enkircher Ellergrub“ Kabinett.

I assume your shopping list for the vintage 2021 is already quite long, but this Kabi should be on your list too.

Stunning, stunning, stunning! Very small quantities coming to the U.S. because of the lower yields in 2021.
