2021 Tercero Mourvèdre Rosé - USA, California, Central Coast, Santa Barbara County (3/2/2023)
Larry makes a wonderful rose that does age beautifully. Unscrewed and poured at colder than cellar temp.Very light pinkish orange hue. Lovely nose of strawberry, white pepper and earth. Beautiful mix of sweet strawberry fruit, viscous texture, granite minerality and a nice acid filled finish. Still young and maybe someday I will be able to keep my mitts off them long enough to see how they can age, but today is not that day…
