- 2021 Psi Ribera del Duero - Spain, Castilla y León, Ribera del Duero (1/20/2025)
There's a calm and even nose of boysenberry, blood plum, smoked meats and gravel. The palate has depth and intensity and a glossy feel. It is powerful wine but also light on its feet, with tannins that simply occupy a space. There's a hint of licorice on the long finish and it is such a good match with a mildly spiced shoulder of slow cooked lamb.
