Big fan of the 'fish wine' (as my wife calls it) for quite some time, though I wish they were not so tricky to find on the west coast (snagged this at McArthurs in DC). Happy to report the 21 appears to be an especially strong vintage, with all the limey goodness than one expects along with the the tell acidity and a undercurrent sea mist over a gravelly bed of river rocks. Love to see where this goes in 5 years +. Honestly, refelcting on what I cook at home without consideration of a wine pairing, great Aussie Riesling should be the House default selection. Look at that creamy basil cashew and lime vermicelli with salmon and skillet cooked green beans. yep, perfecto match. (92 points)
