    Decanted about two hours. Holy cats this is good! A really Rhône-y thing popping on the nose, garrigue and smoked meat, black cherry and blackberry on the palate, super sweet and smooth tannins, with enough acid to balance it out, and a little salinity on the finish that makes you wanna come back for another sip. Wasn’t my intention, but I’m gonna plow through the whole bottle. (95 points)
