First whiff of the cork...corked! In glass...corked! First bottle of purchase...so lets get this out of the way early. Great texture though in this one. (NR/flawed)

Under DIAM?
PYCM has never used DIAM.
Always amazed people taste corked wine, when personally if I do, everythig the rest of that day has a metallic note I can’t get off my palate.
Even wines like 1982 Cheval Blanc, that I may never try again, I won’t taste when I know its corked from the nose.
