2020 Bodegas Luis Pérez La Escribana Macharnudo - Spain, Andalucía, Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz (2/3/2023)
Popped and poured at cooler than cellar temp. Lovely shiny pale gold color. Apricots, white pepper and herbes de Provence on the nose with a hint of granite minerality. Nice body, with a lovely mix of apricot fruit, tingly acidity, pleasant herbaceous notes and pronounced minerality on the finish. I think this has room to improve in the bottle, but drinking beautifully now and a great value.
