    This has been open for close to an hour. This bottle has been off the UPS truck for about…8-9 hours. Color is a ruby core that has a twinge of purple. Scents of olive, black pepper, and blackberry with a whisper of weathered birch. The palate is medium bodied, with flavors of blueberry, clove, and a hint of vanilla, framed by medium acidity & moderate tannin. This wine reminds me of a “clean” Gonon St. Joseph…this is a wine to check out if you like Gonon. Outstanding.

Did it need any air to show well? Was thinking of opening one tomorrow.

It showed better after about 30 minutes. I’d say tomorrow is a great day to check in one one. [cheers.gif]

Opened it about 3 hours ago now. Showing reaallllllly well. Crazy good for the price.
