From Rote Kappelle on CT for this wine: “This IGT is perhaps the most quintessentially Chianti wine I have had for some time” Bullseye. Could have said it better myself. This Sangiovese based red was pure elegance and class. Bright and cheery red cherry is only a small part of the sum that shines. A very fine texture really stood out, seamlessly presenting the aforementioned cherry fruit, sprinkles of dark spices, acidity hits at just the moment, and a long floral infused finish. Gorgeous.
