TN: 2019 Monteraponi Chianti Classico

Beautifully pitched between power and finesse, it express the variety and terroir without excess. Generous cherry fruit, leather, a bit of spice, musky florals, lovely dusty underpinning and so, so fresh and vibrant. Chalky, structuring, appealing tannin. Not much time between sips, which is the highest compliment I can give a wine - it’s just plain delicious.

Thanks for sharing. I have seen the straight up CC locally recently. Hopefully a good indication for 19 in general.
