Drinking fantasically. Beautiful red fruits, elegance on the palate and long finish. As always, drinks above its level.

Got a couple, need to try one.
Fornerol’s rue de foins was one of the very best wines I had at la paulee’s grand tasting. It was better than a lot of grand crus. It was great to sit near him at the gala. I can’t oversell this wine, At $38 or whatever thatcher sells it for I can’t think of a better value in burgundy.

Yeah it’s a silly value. With Lumpp in Givry and the D-Janthial reds (which IMO are every bit the equal of the whites), among my go-to reasonably priced red Burgs.
