    I have the best customers. BT member J.Patrick Lynch sent me this, said he “thought I’d like it” - he was not wrong. A wonderful old world California Zin, just perfectly balanced. So much fruit up front, with an imperceptibly elegant barrel profile and long finish. This feels like I’d imagine they did in the heyday. Great stuff. (94 pts.)

Interesting. Don’t recall seeing an SCMV Zin before. Don’t know the vineyard, at least by that name. Jeff definitely leans to the less ripe side. Something to keep an eye out for…
