    Wow. What a great Rheingau Riesling. None of those usual petrol notes (which I’ve come to understand some higher end Riesling producers see as a fault), this is much more of a honey dew melon and saline vibe, almost like that classic Italian starter of paper-thin prosciutto wrapped around it. The finish is almost endless. Sweetness level is within my dry region. It’s not bone-dry, but just the next stop after. What a great wine. (93 pts.)

I believe Saranty Imports is a clearing house for Total Wine, maybe for some other companies as well.
