Gorgeous apple peel and wet stone on the nose, extremely lively and bright on the palate, dancing on the tip and back of your tongue. Citrus, green apple, saline, chalk - fantastic wine, long finish with bracing acidity that builds and builds. I’m continually impressed with 2017 White Burgs - no sense waiting, they are infinitely enjoyable and rewarding now
