    Never disappoints, seemingly more complex than previous vintages. Peach, apricot, citrus and herbs. Moderate plus acidity giving plenty of structure and a slight saline component on the finish.

Looking forward to next weeks release of the 17’s

I opened a bottle of this last week, and it was pretty much exactly like yours. Needed to be cool rather than cold to show it’s best.

Opened straight out of the fridge ( not wine fridge) and let it come up in temp as we ate, I agree it got better as it got warmer.
