    A subtle and complex nose of white peach, lemon, chalk, aniseed, mint and brioche. The palate is deep, rich and creamy. It has loads of fruit and flora in an understated way. It has so much finesse and each sip unlocks something interesting. It is light on its feet, has excellent depth and cut and length of flavour is superb. A great young Cristal.

Oh cool, great timing, I have one on tap for next week. I know @Charlie_Carnes is big on this vintage for Cristal.
