    Opened for our 36th anniversary, this was the most doughy/bready Champagne I have had in a very long time. Not at all fruit forward, it leaned on the grain elements the whole time. That said it was rather yummy, and with our lobster it worked very well.

Just purchased (and opened) a Pierre Peters NV Blanc de Blanc Grand Cru. So damn good and very happy to have found out about this amazing producer
