This is evolving at a snail's pace under its screwcap and it is bloody good. A nose of flint, green melon, white peach, mint and nougat. Intense in the mouth with good shape and flesh. Everything is sharp and clear and it builds through the palate to finish with good citrus cut. It is very long and has some aniseed spice.
