    White gold. Nose of schist cut with with faint wafts of apricot, apple core, and citrus. The palate was a chiseled spine of white rock and dry mineral structure with grip and a hint of granny apple slowly developing through the evening. Mouth-watering acidity and tensile structure leading to a long finish of grapefruit and stone. A great little stiletto of a wine and crazy QPR. Paired very well with jambalaya. (91 pts.)
