  Another year, another Ramey clone. Tonight it’s a cross of Ramey Hyde and Rochioli. Totally amazing how similar this wine is to Ramey Chardonnay!

I can get Ramey for basically 40% of the cost. It’s a no brainer to buy the Ramey instead of the Boillot.

Given my prior history with poxed Boillot I am not chancing significant aging.
