From my late father’s cellar, this is still remarkably fresh and bright. High-toned citrus fruit, and a salty tinge from the acidity, it’s a darn fine Chablis stand in.

Just drank my last bottle two weeks ago. I agree, great CA Chardonnay in a style I like very much

I have one more. I am torn between drinking it soon or seeing how it can further age.
What was the acidity like? If it still had a bite, sounds like it did, it might be worth hanging on for another 5 years for fun.
It’d never last in my cellar. LOL
