From Magnum this was very tasty. Red fruits abound and are supported by a fine minerally skeleton. It has some engaging florals and is beautifully balanced. It is a wine that is contained yet it delivers in spades and possesses sneaky length.

Multiple cases of this at $35 a bottle (750s) started my love affair with their reds. I haven’t had it for several years, thanks for the note. it tasted to me like something that would drink well throughout its life.
Thanks Jeremy. I have been buying more and more reds from Chassagne Montrachet over the last few years, esp. from Ramonet and Bernard Moreau. Really enjoy these wines.
13 Clos de la Boudriotte was my first Ramonet red, was delicious
This was really fantastic on release. Sadly didn’t have a chance to reload.
