TN: 2012 Gracianna Sauvignon Blanc Kiwi's Blend

Disclaimer: The winemaker is my Step-son. I have been pretty hands off lately at keeping my opinions of his wine to myself but he really did a nice job on this Sauvignon Blanc and I see no reason why I shouldn’t sing the praises of it. Good fruit from Windsor Oaks, stainless steel fermented, just the right answer to a warm afternoon/evening grilling Chicken and entertaining family. Probably his best wine to date.

Go ahead call me a shill if you want but I have been drinking a lot of real good Sauvignon Blanc this year and this Gracianna Kiwi’s Blend is an exceptional wine.
Mineral and tart citrus driven nose and palate. Totally refreshing on a warm day. Lean fruit with a touch of spiciness and some lemongrass. Lingering citrus finish with mouthwatering acidity. Trini nailed this one.
