    Paired with filet mignon dinner. Decanted, dark motor oil color. Reticent nose. Smooth mouthfeel with cab on the mid palate and coffee bean on the finish (Petit Verdot coming through). Nice wine for what it is, but not an $85 wine, in my opinion, which is what we paid at the winery. GOOD.
