Garnet colored with meniscus suggests age. Aromatics are right in my wheelhouse with cooler red fruit profile, pine. Rustic cherry and musty forceful flavors are complimented by zesty firm acids that enhance the 45 second finish. A pretty wine that will become more delicate with age. Delicious
Decant next time for a few hours, or wait a few more years.
BDay 2015 purchase only now consumed due to snafu. I should’ve popped this the day before BD 2016 and bought some more. Oh well.
