    Dark garnet. Nice nose showing rapsberry, black pepper and some herbal notes. This is coiled up at first. Mostly black fruit, low acid and firm tannins. Full bodied. As air hits this wine, the black fruit yields to red fruit and the finish manages to separate from the tannic grip.

A rustic version of a cdr. Very good with a lean burger.
