    CV’d this bottle, this note is for day 2. Very alluring Meursault nose of hazelnuts, lemon and some chalky rocks. The palate is lively and shows a lovely balance between the lemony acidity and the deep middle weight fruit flavors. Very crisp and precise for the vintage, with lovely detail and balance on the finish. I think Roulot really shines in ripe years like 05 and 09, the style picks up depth of fruit from the vintage but in a very restrained and elegant way. Bravo. (90 pts.)
