Crimson in color. 14.7% ABV. Savory nose of red fruits, olive brine, smoked meats and flowers. Medium body with perfect acidity. Crisp and fresh. Cherries, plums, olives and minerals on the palate. Exceptional length on the finish. Some of that Cayuse funk seems to have dissipated over the years and what is left is a sublime, pure, fruit driven Rocks District Syrah. Best over the next 2-4 years.
My rating: 96 points.
