    Purplish red becoming quite thin at the rim. Aromas of red cherry and light spice. A little tart cranberry into the mid-palate with a good bit of acidity. Just the slightest tannic covering on the teeth at the end, but the acidity is what provides a decent length. All throughout there is rose petal. It starts slowly builds to its greatest in the mid-palate before tapering off. In one word-lovely. (90 pts.)

Bought 3 after having at a restaurant. In fact, visited the winery this spring.

Visited last fall and joined thier club. Very good qpr.

The Francis Tannahill wines (made by Sam Tannahill and Cheryl Francis, who are involved in Rex HIll) are also worth seeking out.
