2008 Korbel Organic Brut - Aromatics of vanilla and green apples. Simple and straight forward flavors of tart green apples with pleasant acidity. At first finished slightly tart but with air the finish becomes rather sweet. No complexity or any depth but a pleasant refreshing wine. I’d drink it again. B
I think Natural is the best they make. They harvest late enough that no dosage is the way to go.
