2008 Chartogne-Taillet Champagne Blanc de Blancs Cuvee Heurtebise - France, Champagne (12/17/2013)
Nose: Very distinctive and aromatic with peaches, vanilla, almonds, green apples, white florals and mineral notes. There is very nice depth to this with a real sense of class.
Taste: Medium bodied with crisp medium+ acidity. While the structure is there, it isn’t overpowering with peaches, green apples, vanilla, and white florals.
Overall: This is a fantastic bubbly. It’s still young, but extremely enjoyable right now. (91 pts.)
